Jessica is a dual certified Pilates teacher, along with being certified in both Personal Training and Corrective Exercise. She also completed her mentorship with 3rd Generational teacher Jaime White in 2023 and continues to work with 1st Generation teacher Sonje Mayo. She originally found Pilates because it was the only form of movement she could do after she injured her back lifting. Jessica was quickly humbled by the smallest of movements, and the details of the method. But even more than that, amazed at how her body moved and felt outside of the studio. This "Art of Control" and mind body connection was a completely different way of movement for her, but it made sense! Because of the dramatic changes she has seen not just in her body, but in her client's bodies, she is eager to share this amazing form of corrective exercise with everyone, no matter where you are at in life. And since she has extensive knowledge in both Contemporary and Classical Pilates, her style is a blend of the two, making it adaptable to any body. Pilates meets you where you are at today.
